Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy Notice
Effective date: 3 October 2026
This notice covers Seekhly's website and related application.1. Who we are and contact
Seekhly is operated by Nisha Gupta, sole proprietor, trading as Apnastack, First Floor, Diamond Tower, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075, India.
Grievance Officer and complaints
Nisha Gupta is the Proprietor and Grievance Officer. For a privacy request or complaint, email hello@seekhly.in with “Privacy request” in the subject; general grievances may use “Grievance.” Include the account email, relevant page or creator space, and what you are asking about; do not send a password or payment card details. We may ask for information to verify a request before acting on it. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days. Specified content-removal complaints are resolved within 36 hours. For complaints about content that appears to expose a person's private area, show nudity or a sexual act, or electronically impersonate a person, we take reasonable and practicable measures to remove or disable access within 2 hours. A creator may control learner information in that creator's space, so we may need to coordinate with the creator.
2. Information we handle
Depending on the features used, we handle account details, sign-in and security records; creator spaces, course content, uploaded files and settings; learner access, free enrollment and activity; messages sent to us; AI inputs and outputs for available tools; and request and error records used to run and protect the service. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable account passwords. Google sign-in is intended to be available at launch; account details returned by Google are used to link or create a Seekhly account. Paid courses, packages and Seekhly subscriptions are unavailable at launch, so the launch pages do not describe a paid purchase flow.
3. Why and with whom we use it
We use this information to operate accounts and learning features, make creator content available, support free-course access, respond to requests, troubleshoot and protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. A creator and authorized members of that creator's space may receive learner information needed for the offering. Published creator content can be visible to visitors. The intended launch uses Azure for the backend, Vercel for the frontend, Neon for the database, Mailtrap Sending for transactional email, Cloudflare Email Routing for inbound hello@seekhly.in mail, and Google sign-in. AI processing is described below.
4. AI, chatbot and live learning
When an available AI-assisted tool is used, prompts or messages and relevant content may be sent to its configured AI service. A creator who chooses a bring-your-own-key AI option stores that key in the browser, and the browser sends requests to the selected AI endpoint. The public chatbot and live-class API are disabled for this launch; no live-class or public-chatbot use is promised by these pages.
5. Uploaded files and browser storage
The product serves uploaded files, including course media and recordings, from /uploads/ URLs. A person with a working file URL may be able to open it without signing in. Do not place confidential information in an upload on the assumption that its URL is private. The product uses browser storage for sign-in tokens, preferences, onboarding and editing state, and for creator AI keys when that option is chosen. The marketing site runs a first-party cleanup script that removes named legacy product tokens and AI settings from browser storage on the marketing origin and writes a cleanup marker. This launch does not include optional marketing analytics or a contact form.
6. Retention and requests
Account, content, conversation, transaction and technical records may remain after a session ends or an account stops being used. We have not published a fixed deletion period for every record type. To ask for access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint, email hello@seekhly.in. We may ask for information to verify the request and may coordinate learner requests with the relevant creator. Transaction, security or legally required records may need to be kept.
7. Learner information and updates
Seekhly is intended for users 18 and over. A creator or school that admits learners under 18 is responsible for obtaining verifiable parent/guardian consent. Creator spaces can contain learner information. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a learner's information, contact the creator or hello@seekhly.in. We may update this notice and will display the new effective date and give notice when required.
