1. Who provides Seekhly

Seekhly is operated by Nisha Gupta, sole proprietor, trading as Apnastack, First Floor, Diamond Tower, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075, India. Contact us at hello@seekhly.in. These terms cover seekhly.in, Seekhly accounts and the services Seekhly provides on creator spaces. Creators may also set terms for their own content and offerings.

2. Accounts and use

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us at hello@seekhly.in if you suspect unauthorized access. Seekhly is intended for users 18 and over. A creator or school that admits learners under 18 is responsible for obtaining verifiable parent/guardian consent. Do not use Seekhly to break the law, infringe rights, mislead learners, distribute harmful code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. We may restrict an account or content to address misuse, security or legal requirements. Contact us if you think a restriction was made in error.

3. Creator content

Creators choose the content, descriptions, access settings and learner-facing terms for their offerings. Creators must have the rights needed to upload and share their content. They retain their rights in it and permit Seekhly to host, process, display and deliver it to operate the service. Uploaded material may be available to anyone with its file URL; creators should not upload private information expecting a file URL to restrict access.

4. Paid offerings at this launch

Paid courses and packages cannot be purchased through Seekhly at launch. Paid Seekhly platform subscriptions are also unavailable. Checkout is not available for paid purchases. Free-course access may be available where a creator offers it. Terms for future paid purchases will be published before checkout opens.

5. Planned Seekhly subscriptions

The marketing site shows an indicative future India Starter price of ₹1,499/month. Paid Seekhly subscriptions are not yet available. The displayed price does not start a trial or subscription, authorize a charge or promise paid features. The final price, taxes and included features may change before sales open. Seekhly will publish billing, cancellation and refund terms before paid subscription checkout becomes available.

6. Changes and questions

Seekhly and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design and branding. We may update the service and these terms. We will publish revised terms with an effective date and provide any notice required for the change.

Grievance Officer and complaints

Nisha Gupta, Proprietor and Grievance Officer, receives complaints at hello@seekhly.in or the postal address in section 1. To report a concern about Seekhly or hosted content, include the relevant account, creator space or page URL and a description of the issue; do not send passwords or payment card details. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days. Specified content-removal complaints are resolved within 36 hours. For complaints about content that appears to expose a person's private area, show nudity or a sexual act, or electronically impersonate a person, we take reasonable and practicable measures to remove or disable access within 2 hours.
